01Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for a plan. The only recurring costs are the services your store runs on (database, hosting, domain), billed by those providers.
02Do you install it for me?
No. Installation, hosting and support are not included. You can install it yourself with the guide or hire a developer.
03Do I get updates?
You get the version you bought (currently v1.0.3). Later versions are sold separately.
04Can I use it for several stores?
One license covers one storefront. Buy another license for each additional store.
05Which payment methods can my customers use?
Bank transfer with slip upload and cash on delivery on every plan; card payments through your own Stripe account on Premium and Professional; PromptPay QR when your store currency is Thai baht.
